3. Are all the details on your invitations done by hand?
Yes! The sentiments are typed in a choice of beautiful fonts. For your wedding invitations, we will send you a sample invitation for your approval prior to printing your order. Once approved, we will begin making your beautiful invitations.
4. I want a special card for my daughter's Sweet 16. There aren't any on your web site, how can I place an order?
We specialize in custom handmade greeting cards. Custom cards are not in our inventory. We begin making your card as soon as we receive all of the details. Visit the Our Products page and click the pink rose link to view our "Love, Comfort & Inspiration" collection for a look at some sample custom cards with handmade envelopes. These cards can be personalized with the recipient's name, in their favorite color(s) and in a choice of card sizes. 5. Mother's Day is months away, why are there cards in this category on your site now?
Many of our shoppers like to plan ahead, so we offer cards for every special day to celebrate and acknowledge those cherished most, year around. We are constantly working on beautiful cards to meet the needs of all of our customers. This is a service we are happy to offer.
6. I noticed on your "Our Products" page that the shipping cost per card is $2.05. I can mail a card with one first class stamp. Please explain.
Your order is so important to us. We want you to be happy when you receive it. Your card will arrive beautifully wrapped in ribbon tied tissue paper within a protective envelope, perfectly ready for you to sign and give.
7. Are your cards available at a shop I can visit in Philadelphia?
Currently, you can only find our cards, request our paper crafting services and other products through our web site.
8. I can purchase cards right in my local card shop, why should I buy a Charisse Audra card?
There are so many wonderful shops to purchase cards, however at Charisse Audra we offer one of kind handcrafted cards and products. No one else will have the card that you receive. We offer personalized services with our card choices and our sentiments which are all original (except for the Bible scriptures, which are quoted from the King James Version) and drafted in our studio. Our cards are dimensional and feature ribbons, lace, beads, pearl accents, various pattern paper options, stamping, die cuts and embossing. We are working daily to create "elegantly handcrafted essentials" especially for you.
9. How long will it take for my order to be completed and shipped?
When you make your card selection we package it and send it the same business day when ordered before 3 P.M. EST or the next business day if ordered after 3 P.M EST.
Wedding invitations take longer to process and ship. The quantities of 10, 20 or 30 invitations can be completed within 1 to 3 weeks time, depending on the details and embellishments desired. All higher invitation quantities will need approximately 4 -8 weeks to complete and will be shipped the next business day following completion of your order. Our goal is that you are happy with your order, so we want to take the time to make it so.
10. How do you come up with the verses featured in your cards?
Our sentiments are original and come from the heart, literally. We plan and draft sentiment ideas for our card collections and invitations regularly. We keep in mind that our cards will become keepsakes and want to use thoughtful and heartfelt wording.
11. I only need one thank you card, but your collection comes in a set of 8?
Our thank you cards are perfectly packaged in a set of 8 so that you will have a pretty card on hand for that unexpected gift you received or to thank that special person who surprised you with lunch last week. For those moments when you need that little something, Charisse Audra has got you covered.
12. What exactly is a special order card?
A special order card is made once we receive the details from you. It can be crafted in a specific color, design and style. Special order cards often come with a handmade envelope which nicely compliments the card. These cards are great for anniversaries, birthdays, Mother's Day and graduations, however they can be ordered anytime and for any occasion. It us especially made for the person who means the most to you.
13. What will my card say on the inside?
Be surprised! But know that inside your card will be a beautiful heartfelt sentiment and bible verse appropriate for the card theme. The special words inside will touch the heart of the card recipient. Our thank you card sets have only a bible verse inside, with room for you to write your expressions of thanks.
14. Can I purchase a blank card?
Yes! Verses are optional. You may choose to add your own special message on the inside of your card. Your own handwriting offers a personal touch.
